We are Hiring:
We are looking for a part-time employee who can work from our office (not remotely) to help customers purchase consumables and replacement parts for our machines. Specific tasks include:
• Provide quotations to customers
• Forward technical questions to our technical team
• Process customer purchase orders
• Purchase/replenish standard parts from HQ
• Receive incoming shipments into the system
• Package and ship small orders (0-5 small boxes/day)
• Invoice customers
Skills:
This is primarily a clerical job and requires attention to detail and high organization skills. We expect candidates to have a fundamental understanding of Outlook, Excel, and Word. We prefer candidates who have prior experience in order entry, purchasing, and/or accounting, but these are not required.
Specific experience with QuickBooks Desktop Premier is a bonus, and the ability to communicate fluently in Spanish is also an advantage.
Education: High school or associate degree
Experience: At least one year of related experience is preferred
