✅ Drain all low point “drum drip” valves at least once per week.
✅ Confirm air compressors are cycling properly and have a reliable power source.
✅ Verify “low air” alarms are functioning and air supply is leak-free.
✅ Check that any heat-taped piping is operating correctly.

As temperatures drop, we want to remind you to give extra attention to your dry sprinkler systems during winter weather. Proper maintenance can help prevent frozen pipes and ensure your system continues to function safely and effectively.

👉 Follow our annual Winter Weather Warning steps to drain your system properly:
1️⃣ Remove the plug from the drum drip.
2️⃣ Open the top valve to allow water to fill the chamber, then close it.
3️⃣ Open the bottom valve to drain the water to a floor drain or outside the building.
🔁 Repeat until there is no more water.
