I’m looking to add a dependable, hardworking carpenter to the team. We handle a wide range of residential work—everything from flooring, drywall, and framing to trim, cabinetry, siding, and door/window installs.

What I’m looking for:
• Solid work ethic and reliability
• Experience in general carpentry (well-rounded is a big plus)
• Takes pride in quality work
• Able to work as part of a small crew

This one was a big transformation.

This one was a little harder to wrap up…

Not because of the work—but because of the people. We truly enjoyed working with these homeowners and will miss seeing them every day.

As I was working today, I looked at the demo we had done. It got me thinking, sometimes in our lives when we want a change we get deterred by how hard, bad, nasty, etc it is going to be so we stay in that place we know we need to get out of instead.

John 16: 33 "These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”

Some things have to get worse before they get better. Through faith we know God's ways are higher than ours. Trust the process.. it will get better. If its not good then He is not done with it.
