Here is a perfect example of why we are happy that “They don’t build them like they used to!” This small kitchen bump-out at the rear of this residence is in desperate need of re-construction. Stay tuned for updates while we make this structure more safe and secure!

We have a happy crew over at the job site that we call "The Oasis". These are some photos of the garage and guest house slab and foundation of a home we are building in Atherton. Gotta get this pour completed by the end of the day! Stay tuned for next week, walls will be going up on Tuesday!

Update on our Redwood City project! This is a view of the new home space that we are creating below the existing residence. The quality of workmanship and depth of the structural necessary for this substantial home upgrade is quite impressive! After the creation of the stairway access to the space, and the correction of many existing conditions, we will have 2 more bedrooms, a full bath, laundry room, and a new mechanical space. In weeks to come, we will update you on the kitchen addition that is coming soon.

This new addition is being completed under the existing residence by excavating the clear space while we shore the existing building, holding it in place and installing a new foundation and slab to create additional square footage. Two new bedrooms, a new laundry room, an additional bathroom, and a rumpus area, all connected by a transitional stairway. An excellent investment! More updates to come on this project as progress continues! That's money well-spent!
