Looking to hire a couple dependable individuals for my construction/handy man business. The work may include, but is not limited to: drywall prep & finishing, installing new flooring, painting, bathroom/kitchen remodels. We are licensed/insured. Work through the end of the year will be 1099 work, could possibly turn into a permanent position at the start of the new year. Before and after. We just completed this roof about 2 weeks ago. As you can see there was a severe leak under what was a rubber flat roof between two dormers. We re-framed that entire section and gave it a little more of a slope. We then shingled the new roof and tied it in to the existing roof. We offer free estimates and take on almost any job. We are proud to have just finished this kitchen remodel/restoration. This home was built in the 1920s. Just because you have an older home doesn't mean you can't have the kitchen of your dreams. Everything in this kitchen was removed and replaced with new except the base floor. The cabinets were restored being that they were original, and the homeowner wanted to keep that presence in the home. We take on all jobs from remodels to honey-do lists.
