Imaging non-conductive samples in Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) can be challenging and error-prone when proper preparation steps are not followed. The conditions of the coating process can greatly influence the outcome of results. Today, Rikki Douglas of Quorum Technologies will demonstrate techniques using the TurboQ S high-vacuum coater to achieve precise thin film metal coatings.
