RF Engine has two openings for Engine Part Techs! Experience with heavy duty diesel engines and engine parts a plus, but no prior experience required, willing to train.

RF Engine is located at: 1445 E Lansing Rd. in Morrice, MI and is a division of Nivel Parts & Manufacturing in Jacksonville, FL.

Engine Part Techs are responsible for assisting customer's looking for engines and engine parts for various types of agricultural, industrial, and construction equipment.

No door-to-door visits, no cold calling, no solicitations. Prospective customers reach out to us, typically via phone or email, with various requests for their engine and engine parts needs, and Engine Part Techs help with looking up and pricing the needed components in a timely manner.

Prospects should have some basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Etc...), was well as good verbal and written communication skills, and a good attitude. We are willing to train on everything else.

The position starts at $15/hr, plus the opportunity to earn commission once you're trained.

Benefits include: 401k, Medical/Dental/Optical, 7 Paid Holiday, Paid Sick Time, Paid Time Off, Paid Bereavement Leave once you've completed a 90-day probationary period, and monthly company lunches.

Additional benefits are a set schedule of Monday - Friday 8am to 5:30pm and a laid-back, relaxed, and friendly work environment.

RF Engine is looking for a qualified individual to join our team to help manage our online sales channels and with engine production processes.

This position would involve processing online orders from our website and eBay and moving them into our sales software and releasing to the warehouse for shipping. Additionally, the position also oversees the picturing, tagging, and processing of new, used, and reman engines as well as core returns.

Basic computer skills required, but no special software training needed. Knowledge of engines a plus, but not required. Willing to train.

This is a full-time position. Hours are Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5:30pm and one Saturday a month (8am to 12pm).

Compensation is $15/hr to start with room for advancement based on skills and quality of work. Additionally, after 90-days new employees will also be eligible for paid holidays (New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Friday after, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day)

Additionally, full-time employees are eligible for Paid Time Off, Sick Time, Bereavement Leave, 401k, and Health Benefits.

Qualified applicants must have reliable transportation, valid Michigan driver's license, basic computer skills (Word, email, Excel, etc...), and positive attitude.
