This is what community over competition looks like. 🤝
Heatwave Mechanical was called out after a homeowner was left dealing with extreme humidity, to the point of walls sweating inside their home directly following a full system replacement by another licensed company. When they couldn’t get the original company to return their calls, they called us.
Once we got into the attic, it became clear there was much more that needed to be addressed.
We found the problems, created a plan, and got to work cleaning up the existing installation and reinstalling the system the way it should have been done from the beginning.
And when we knew an extra set of experienced hands would help us get this family comfortable again faster in the middle of this Arkansas heatwave, we called our local friends at B. Dumont Heating and Air. They graciously jumped in alongside our Heatwave crew to help us get it done right.
