Fun Saturday project! Fresh coat of paint for these stair risers and skirting boards, with some minor trim repair. We upgraded the stair riser’s paint to a harder, more durable pro classic trim enamel to help prevent scuffing and scratching in the future!

New platform stair build. Client was having a hard time accessing their newly purchased home due to their steep and narrow staircase. The village would not allow a ramp in the location so we put our heads to the drawing board and came out with a drawn out stair case that was easier to climb with more space to navigate to help get in and out of their home with comfort.

Before, during, and after! This project was a fun one! Client got brand new re-framed/properly insulated walls, brand new Dri-core sub flooring, new laminated vinyl plank flooring, new trim, a couple coats of new paint, and a major upgrade to their electrical system ( We changed the basement from running off one switch to control all the lighting, to independent switches for the stair well, the office, the main room, and the laundry room!
