A little work for Goshen Twp. last week. I applied welded patches on the range hood in the social hall kitchen to help bring it back up to code. Old fire sealed patches were removed, and any openings were sewn shut. This was a stressful one! Not only did I have to worry about tripping the fire suppression system, but the threat of fire was real being up against the wall and the open cavities. Sticky and a little greasy too! 👋Bye,bye gloves. Preventive measures were taken and all went well. Another one in the books, on to the next.

The cool weather is approaching and before we know it, winter ❄️. Don't wait until the last minute, get those projects completed!

A recent build and install for a newly remodeled kitchen. This piece turned out great!
The homeowners felt the area was too open after removing cabinetry. They wanted something simple, sleek, and custom. The end panel was cnc plasma cut and then worked to give a "3D" effect. Recessed LED puck lights were installed into white bead board to finish it off.

I'm enjoying these custom, one off projects, keep em' coming!

Always happy to help out at the local firehouses! They had a tire blow out on the way to an emergency causing some decent damage to the truck. The inner fender was bent up and twisted. The aluminum box sustained some decent damage also. A few hours with my trusty Millermatic 211, a porta power, and a homemade tool to tweak things back into shape and it's back in service ready to serve the community.

Some time was spent at the Fenush farm in Morrisdale last week fixing up the frame on this set of discs. Cracks were gouged out, welded up and plated. There was a bit more work than the photos show. But it's now ready to work the fields again!

The first 37" fire bowl lives in Kersey now, so I made another. This one sits around 20"- 21" tall, on four pipe legs with round foot pads. Handles for moving and ease of dumping ashes. Drain holes so no pooling in the bottom. Heavy duty at 3/16" thick. Built to last 💪

Last week I did my best to straighten out this banana 🍌 for Philipsburg Borough. A little damage to the grapple on their tub grinder at the compost yard. A lot of heat and a little patience got it done. Is it perfect... not by a long shot, but its back to processing the piles of brush and trees brought in by the community.
