I just want to start by expressing my heartfelt gratitude to all of our customers, past, present, and future. The past year and a half has been a transformative journey, to say the least. I have had some health challenges that have brought about significant changes in my life, and I have been striving to adapt while delivering exceptional service to each and every one of you. I want to thank you for your unwavering patience and understanding, and if I have fallen short of providing anyone with the highest level of service, I offer my sincerest apologies.
