Simple and clean was the request for this multi-story wrapped railing. Spanning from the 2nd-level bedrooms all the way down to the golf simulator and walkout to the in-ground pool.

A custom build by Hagerbaumer Homes of Hooper. This home has an ample amount of space and amenities to serve the family for years to come.
The railing is an all-tubular design except for the straight aways which drive straight to the floor with a heavy flat bar to give it an elongated look without the individual drilled-in balusters.
Finished in a smooth matte black from in Columbus.

From the induction cooktop to the hands-free vent controls, these clients are putting in some simple tech updates that will make this kitchen a pleasure to be in.

A deep and rich toned bar in a new home in Columbus. Designed by Beth Settles of Interiors by Joan. This features blackened patina steel trim, floating shelves, and a glass rack in US Bronze by Powder Coating Plus.
This was a simple, clean finish to a new and inviting entertainment area.
