Our local ADEPT ERG (Abled & Disabled Employees Partnering Together) is supporting this effort by hosting tables at multiple entrances to share resources, raise awareness, and provide information on mental health support.

Over the past year, the Morton Distribution Center has hosted more than 160 frontline leaders from across the network through the Frontline Leader Academy. The purpose of the academy is to provide a safe and supportive environment where leaders can learn, share best practices, network with peers, develop both technical and soft skill leadership capabilities, and drive standard work across the organization. We would like to sincerely thank all the participants, trainers, guest speakers, facilitators, Eurest Dining, program designers, and Morton Operations for their commitment and support in making this program a success.

March is Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month, a time dedicated to building understanding, acceptance, and inclusion for individuals of all abilities. At Morton, our local Morton ADEPT (Abled and Disabled Employees Partnering Together) ERG is helping lead this effort by raising awareness around three common neurodiverse conditions—Autism, ADHD, and Down Syndrome. Through education and visibility, ADEPT aims to reduce stigma, spark meaningful conversations, and remind us that many of our coworkers, friends, and family members are personally impacted by neurodiversity. By learning more and supporting one another, we continue to strengthen an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered to succeed.
