It is absolutely devastating to see all the wreckage from this storm that came through the town ringle. We pray for everyone involved. We're very grateful to live in a community of so many people who have stepped up to help. That being said, Although we're a small family owned we have a combined 50+ years of experience in the construction industry. We're a trusted licensed local general contractor with the knowledge and experience to provide you with a quality product built to last. Our schedule was to start our own spec home this summer but we can push that out to open up our schedule to get ringle tornado victims back into their homes as soon as possible. We also offer a free design service as well. With that said, our schedule can be open starting mid to late June to get rebuilding. Our thoughts and Prayers are with the families involved and everyone effected by this tragedy.

A little late post but here is Master suite remodel we completed a month ago. This one was tricky in design to get everything our client wanted to have it functional for them. While also having to consider all the existing window placements, wall placements of adjacent rooms also being at the end of an existing hallway for enterance, the existing floor truss/joist layout for plumbing, ect. Alot of challenges to consider on this one. We love seeing the transformation of a remodel from where it was to what it is at the end. Turned what they had into a full master suite. Big master bedroom, with a huge walk in closet to give plenty of space for clothes, huge master bathroom with a 72" vanity with granite top, built in medicine cabinet with light up mirror, huge linen closet within the bathroom, a 72"x48" custom shower with granite soap sill, and granite bench, 2 showers heads with a diverter, and an office for the client that works from home. Our clients are able to set up appointments with our material suppliers contacts already set up to pick out everything they want for their remodel. If you're considering a big remodel project please keep us in mind! We pay close attention to detail and pick up things most miss or don't think about when considering a remodel project.

Just recently finished up this addition for a client who we made dreams come true for. After having a terrible experience with a previous local contractor. They approached us with caution with a mission of needing more space for their family but also wanted it to be set up for future as they get older. We explained the process thoroughly and we went work at designing a space that would look as if it was always a part of the home while also meeting all of their needs in the new space. Finally we gained their trust to proceed with the project. We are grateful with the trust our clients have in us to make things happen smoothly, safely, with no surprise change orders. We work very closely with our clients to give them exactly what they're looking for. Here are some pictures of the project. Full 8' poured basement with egress window. A Master suite with nice walk in closet that has enough storage to eliminate having dressers in the bedroom. A big master bathroom with plenty of cabinet space, a double sink vanity, and a walk in tile shower with a built in seat bench. Main floor laundry room with plenty of space to fold laundry, and even have a dog wash station. The basement also added a nice large exercise room, a utility room, as well as an added another large 12x12 legal bedroom with egress window. Also an exta lighted and covered area out back for grilling, concrete patio to come in the spring.

Almost a full refresh on the entire main floor of this clients home. Fresh paint on the full main floor. Main floor install of complete transitionless LVP, new base trim in the bedrooms and bathrooms, removed a wasted closet to open up space for a new main floor laundry room. Added lighting throughout the dining and living area, removed some walls between the dining room and living area to open up the dining area.
