What an awesome event in La Crosse,Wi !
To anyone that hasn't heard of Heat's On, it is a day to give back to our veterans. Many of the area veterans today had their furnaces looked at, filters changed, and even received new batteries for smoke detectors if needed. This was all completed by volunteers.
Thank you to all the volunteers, contractors who offered their vehicles and tools, and everyone else behind the scenes doing their best to give back.
*I heard there was one furnace that was in really bad shape. The heat exchanger was barely intact and will eventually spew carbon monoxide out with the heat. This furnace is being replaced ASAP! This event is also lifesaving.
