Got a call about a unit that wasn’t responding to the remote. The customer stated that another guy came out and said he would get them a new remote for their mini split because the remote was bad. When he wouldn’t return their call they ordered one and it still didn’t work. Well we checked both remotes and they both work fine. We opened the unit up and found that rodents had gotten in and chewed every wire to the display PCB holder which is the piece that gets the signals from the remote. Ordered the part, installed it and boom it works perfect… but the unit isn’t heating or cooling… found a leaking valve… ugh… fixed, refilled the system with Refrigerant and BOOM! System up and running perfectly!

Sometimes things are working just fine until all of a sudden they aren’t, getting a cleaning on your system can help prevent damage especially from those little furry pests that seem to get in everywhere..

We got a call from one of our neighbors, I won’t get into details but they asked for help. We were honored to be considered and more than happy to help out! 4 zone install in a beautiful home they are in the process of remodeling (and doing a spectacular job at it!) the system is a Gree which is very popular in other parts of the world but they haven’t gained much traction here in the States… I can say this equipment appears to be quality, it’s fairly easy from a tech standpoint to work on, seems quite user friendly and looks pretty clean! Thanks for the opportunity Misha!

We are so fortunate! Today a valuable lesson was learned 🙂 when you work with or for someone…. Know what kind of person they are and treat them accordingly… theft is theft I don’t care how you spin it… on to the next amazing person and project!
