What a great way to close out the week. Contract has been signed and we will be on campus in Blacksburg Virginia in two weeks to start a new project. Congratulations to Robbie McCraw for putting these numbers together and get it across the finish line for our first project at the university. We look forward to getting it kicked off and building another relationship. Beyond blessed with some of the best coworkers you can ask for. Making great strides! The renovation of the CVB building at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex is making outstanding progress, bringing new life and energy to a facility that continues to be a centerpiece for the region. Alongside it, the development of the new office space for the Greensboro Gargoyles is taking shape in a way that reflects the excitement surrounding the return of hockey to the city. While the Gargoyles have began play in the 2025–26 season at the First Horizon Coliseum, these upgrades are perfectly timed to support both tourism growth and a revitalized sports presence.

The progress showcases a strong commitment to enhancing Greensboro’s infrastructure, elevating the visitor experience, and building momentum for a new era of entertainment and community pride. Every company has an opportunity to do something to stand out and separate them from everyone else. Every ounce of excellence on this project goes to Danielle House who served as the PM and site superintendent Mickey Leftwich. To our subcontractors on this project, I know it was long hours, I know at times it was frustrating, I know it was cold and dirty in the very beginning, but please stand back and look at what you all have accomplished together as a team. This project started over a year ago. This building once sat for over 40 years unused and it was on the demolition list. This historical preservation project consists of roughly 23,000 s/f and is now a 65 bed rehabilitation center. This will not only serve Smyth County, but all of the surrounding counties around near Marion Va. This building has come back to life only to provide opportunities to change lives of others as well. As we close out 2025, Envisicon Construction Company, Inc is proud to announce a new contract to build the Blue Ridge Discovery Center in Troutdale, Va. This 2,800 square-foot facility will serve as a welcoming space for guests to explore and experience the rich history of the Blue Ridge region.

This project reflects our continued commitment to quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and creating spaces that educate and inspire the communities we serve. We are honored to be part of a project that celebrates regional heritage while providing an engaging experience for visitors.
