We’re currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team and lead complex projects from start to finish.
Position Summary:
The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning and scheduling to ex*****on and project completion. This individual will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of construction processes, a track record of managing successful projects, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, manage, and oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to manage all phases of the project.
• Develop project schedules, set milestones, and manage resources effectively to meet project goals.
• Ensure all safety and compliance requirements are met.
• Provide leadership to on-site teams, managing labor and material resources effectively.
• Regularly communicate project updates to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and accountability.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including budgets, schedules, contracts, and permits.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Foster strong client relationships through clear communication and high-quality service.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting and cost control.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
