This golf season, we're looking back at a project where preserving the beauty of the property was just as important as correcting the concrete.
At Colonial Williamsburg's golf course, host of an annual LPGA event, JACKCRETE of Virginia used NCFI Geotechnical's NCFI-2.8F polyurethane to eliminate trip hazards across 35 sidewalk locations without removing concrete or disturbing protected historic trees.
Completed in just one day, the project restored safe, accessible walkways while maintaining the appearance and character of this historic course.

Andrew Tucker of NCFI Geotechnical teamed up with SLAB FIX, LLC to repair this ailing seawall.
This seawall was developing voids and experiencing soil loss. The team injected NCFI-120 polyurethane across the length of the 700-ft-long structure, locking soils together and sealing seams. The project was completed within a week and the single component polyurethane effectively stopped soil loss.
