Entire townhouse remodeled.
House flipped from studs to walls. Drywall was installed throughout townhome, followed by applying compound then sanding. Electrical wires were run for electricity work, recess lighting, switches and outlets. 3 whole bathrooms and 1 powder bathroom where made from nothing to a very modern looking bathroom, very appealing to the eye. New waterproof laminated vinyl was installed. Fresh new paint was applied to walls, news doors and windows were installed, a wall was taken down that was dividing kitchen and living room to make open concept constructing a modern kitchen with island. Deck, not pictured, was renovated by repainting deck and bring it back to life. Another very satisfied client!

Before and after pictures on our most recent project. Whole house remodeled to clients satisfaction! Fresh new paint on walls and ceiling, new stain had been applied to floor, hand rails have been painted, fireplace was redesigned, everything was given a more modern touched. Pictures speak for themselves. Very happy new home owners ready to move in!

Another very satisfied client! Our most recent project yet. Fresh new paint was applied to all walls and ceiling at clients choice of color, carpet was removed from bedrooms to install new hardwood flooring then stained, fireplace was resigned and installed ceramic, dinning room walls entrance from both sides were made wider giving it a more open look, trim design was made in dinning room, new chandelier lighting was installed throughout the whole house, a wall in the middle of the kitchen and living room was eliminated giving the area an open concept and a whole new look. New stain was applied to hardwood flooring with hand railings painted black, ceramic tiles were installed in laundry room and mud room. Ready to move in for the new very happy new home owners! We make your vision a reality.

Bathroom renovated to client client satisfaction!
New wetbar was contructed, to enjoy the new family movie room.
Full bathroom from basement was remodeled making it more modern and spacious.
Stair case was opened to give basement a more open look with custom trim design on both sides.
Client loves the new fireplace with their choice of tiles going top to bottom.
Very satisfied client! We make your vision a reality.

Recent kitchen remodeled!
As shown, kitchen cabinets were sanded and painted, oven was moved to new location, stove was moved from island to a new location with hood right above it, island was cut to level with remaining island, new quartz countertop was installed, and a fresh coat of paint was added to the walls in kitchen and the remaining of the first floor, given the home a clean modern look. Carpet from stairs were removed, sanded and stain to a new color as well as handrailings, and blusters were replaced with a different design. Client asked, we delivered!

Our latest kitchen remodeled.
Client had a small kitchen in their home with a dinning room right next to it. They wanted a bigger more modern kitchen with more counter space and storage.
Here at Diligent Remodeling LLC we make your dreams become a reality!
We extended the dinning room exterior wall approx. 2ft outward, removed the wall dividing the kitchen and dinning room to make an open concept for a bigger kitchen. We installed a support beam because of the extention, a skylight was installed to allow natural lighting to come in, a new island was placed with quarts going down from the sides, added new cabinets, built a pantry, installed bright new quartz countertops, backsplash as desired, more recessed lights, and fresh new paint on ceiling and walls. Home owners were more than satisfied, THEY LOVE THEIR NEW KITCHEN.
