👏Keller was proud to be part of the ribbon-cutting for the High Ridge Center Project in Howard County! 🔨The newly revitalized 21,000-square-foot facility in Ellicott City will serve as a hub for the National Pan-Hellenic Council of Howard County (NPHC) and Black Greek Letter organizations, creating a shared space dedicated to community service, mentorship, collaboration, and leadership development.

💪This milestone marks the beginning of a center designed to bring organizations together and strengthen their impact throughout the community.

👏Renovations are officially completed in the Howard County Detention Center Admin Area! 🏗 Improvements included new ceiling tiles, fresh paint, updated lighting, new sprinkler heads, a new HVAC unit installed in the Deputy Director’s office, and upgraded flooring, giving the space a refreshed, updated look. ✅

We’re Excited to Welcome Tim Trinite` as Keller’s Director of Special Projects!

Tim joins Keller Special Projects with over 45 years of experience in construction leading large-scale commercial, institutional, and federal projects nationwide. As a seasoned executive, Tim has a proven track record of delivering complex design-building, site development, and renovation projects on time and within budget.

Prior to Keller Special Projects, Tim served as President at Autumn General Contracting. During his 15-year tenure, he founded and scaled a successful general contracting firm, overseeing operations, business development, and project ex*****on. He delivered multimillion projects, directed company strategic planning, performance standards, and financial controls.

Before his time at Autumn General Contracting, Tim held the role of Director of Operations at Herman/Stewart Construction. He led construction staff of 35+, including Project Managers, Superintendents, and safety personnel. He oversaw delivery of LEED certified projects, managed budgets, contracts, cost controls, and schedules.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Ferris State University, along with a Construction Management Certification from Clemson University, where he developed the foundation for what has become a distinguished career in construction. Throughout his experience, he has earned a reputation for excellence, integrity, and results-driven leadership.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys going to the beach, hanging out with his family and children, and biking or riding his scooter.

The Howard County Detention Center signage is complete and looking sharp! 🏢 Inspired by the Challenge Coin they gifted us, we transformed it into the new building signs!🪙 Lettering was also added on the canopies to clearly mark entrances. ✅ It’s a proud moment for Keller Special Projects and the community. 🏗️We’re proud to announce our recent renovation work at Cedarbrook Swim Club is completed! 💦The project included an addition to the existing building, creating more space and functionality for guests. 🏊We built a new guest check-in area, a snack shack for summer treats, and installed an ADA-compliant concrete ramp along with a designated handicapped parking area. 🎉The parking lot was freshly asphalted and re-striped, and both the men’s and women’s restrooms and shower areas received a complete renovation. ✅We also added a new roof and siding to the addition, along with updated fencing to finish off the improvements. 🎊Just in time for the season—Cedarbrook is ready for summer! ☀️
