Some parts start with a flat sheet and end up holding an entire assembly together.

Our Wiedemann M2048 TS is where a lot of that work begins, cutting clean, consistent features into steel up to .156 inches thick. From there, parts can move straight into bending, welding, and finishing without leaving our building. Our solar panels will be working overtime this week!
In 2014 Phase installed 240 rooftop solar panels, retaining 60 kWh of power, 40% of our energy production needs.

Mount Airy Volunteer Fire Company traveled to Ocean City this week with some special cargo. The fire company sponsored the Maryland Rookie of the Year Trophy, to be presented today at the Maryland Firefighters Convention. Phase was given the task of customizing a case to protect the trophy during its travels!
