Everyone is asking how much frost has set in. So far, where the snow is covering, none!
As long as the frost stays away we’ll continue to work. Trees out of the fence line, piled, and burned! On the the next job come Monday.

Wow! Winter has come and gone. We were fortunate enough to have work well into January this year, but as usual I didn’t think to take many pictures. Here’s one i did take as we were excavating a pond from 6’ of depth to over 14 feet. We will be hauling clay in to line this pond and pack it. The goal is to reduce the water seepage and retain water. As you can see we were working with a fair amount of frost! The bucket in this picture is 42” wide!!!

Leveling off a spot for a new home and a shelf road to access the lower part of the property! We added a boulder retaining wall to help hold the hill and prevent erosion. Now it just needs some green grass!

Just getting started and all done pictures of a windbreak cleanup. The derecho had busted this one up and they decided to tear it out and start over. When we loaded up to leave it was ready to seed back to grass with trees being replanted in spring of 24!
