Due to continued growth, B & G Machine is seeking a qualified candidate to be a part of our technician team in Mount Carmel, IL. As a member of our team, you will work with other members in a team environment to ensure that tooling and machinery are assembled and functioning in a timely manner while maintaining a high-quality standard. Involvement with each project will continue through fabrication, assembly, testing, and installation of equipment. Offsite work may be required on occasion.
Direct hire, full-time position with benefits package including health insurance, paid vacation, and 401K. Must be able to pass a drug test before any position will be offered.
Experience and Skills:
• Must be able to read mechanical and pneumatic prints
• Previous experience in a related position is preferred
• Must demonstrate a proven mechanical aptitude through employment, or personal experience
• Experience using measurement tools (micrometer, calipers, etc.) is preferred
• Must be organized and able to handle multiple projects at the same time
• Must be able and willing to work as part of a team
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed
