~10 years direct experience in all phases of construction
~Three years supervisory experience
~Experience handling construction projects between $1 million and $5 million
~Safety and quality minded with excellent on-site leadership, organization, and communication skills
~Ability to manage project sites with multiple team members and subcontractors
