In Westfield, New Jersey, we just wrapped up a project that reminds us why we do this work—building spaces where people's health and wellbeing come first.

Working alongside Principal Builders Solutions, we completed a new Dental365 location that's more than just another dental office. It's a modern healthcare space designed around what patients actually want: accessibility, technology, and an experience that doesn't feel clinical.

Every exam room needed state-of-the-art equipment installations. Every utility had to be precisely positioned for optimal workflow. Every detail—from the smart TVs that patients can use during their visit to the welcoming storefront design—had to come together flawlessly. Dental construction demands technical precision. There's no room for error when you're coordinating specialized electrical systems, medical-grade plumbing, sterilization areas, and the kind of infrastructure that supports both routine care and walk-in emergencies seven days a week.

Our team delivered what Principal Builders Solutions needed: reliability, technical expertise, and the kind of quality that doesn't cut corners. We worked with urgency because we understood what was at stake—a community gaining access to healthcare they can count on.

This wasn't about just meeting specifications. It was about understanding that every piece we installed, every system we connected, every detail we perfected contributes to something bigger. Where Safety Meets Community

In the heart of one of Asheville's busiest retail destinations, we just completed a space that's about more than square footage—it's about showing up for a community that deserves better.

The Asheville Police Department's new resource center at Tanger Outlets is opening its doors soon and will more than double the department's previous facility. Over 4,000 square feet of purpose-built space now provides what officers and residents have needed: security, accessibility, and room to serve.

The old location had good intentions but real limitations—security vulnerabilities that kept officers on edge, parking constraints that led to vehicle incidents, and a footprint too small for the mission. This new space changes that equation. Full-time staff can now answer calls and take reports in an environment designed for safety. Officers have a secure, flexible workspace. And the community has a resource center positioned where people already gather.

Building this wasn't just about construction logistics—it was about accountability to a mission bigger than any single project. Our teams worked with precision and purpose, coordinating every detail to deliver a space that protects the people who protect this community. We stood behind our commitment to quality, and we delivered it at the speed Asheville's public safety demanded.

Three Communities, One Mediterranean Story!

Right now, across Pennsylvania and Maryland, we're building three spaces where Mediterranean meets modern—and where fresh ingredients meet fresh design.

CAVA isn't your typical fast-casual restaurant. Walk into any location and you're greeted by warm woods, custom copper light fixtures, and digital graphics that transport you to pastoral Greece. But the real magic happens along the assembly line, where customers watch their bowls come to life—grains, greens, proteins, and spreads all coming together in front of them. It's theater. It's freshness. It's a vibe.

In Mechanicsburg, we're weeks away from revealing the finished product. The custom millwork is in place. The serving line is taking shape. The warm Mediterranean palette is coming alive on the walls. By mid-to-late February, this community will have a place where healthy eating doesn't mean sacrificing flavor or experience.

Down in Towson, Maryland, and over in Downingtown, Pennsylvania, we're in the early stages—laying the foundation for what these spaces will become. Our teams are already thinking three steps ahead, coordinating every detail that will transform empty shells into inviting Mediterranean gathering places.

Building three CAVA locations simultaneously means showing up fully—for the work, for each community we serve, and for each other. Our teams are committed to excellence in every detail, from finishing demo to the first rough-in to the final fixture. We're holding ourselves accountable to the standards these projects demand and the timelines these businesses need.
