April was an exciting and action-packed month for SJASCE, filled with great events and even better company!

On April 22, SJASCE hosted a technical meeting at Riverwinds Restaurant in West Deptford, where Michael O’Donnell and Jay McKelvey delivered an engaging presentation on the Edelman Fossil Park & Mantua Blvd Extension. A big thank you to Stantec for sponsoring a fantastic evening of learning and networking.

On April 24, the SJASCE Younger Member Forum teamed up with Rowan ASCE for a lively happy hour at Bonesaw Brewing to celebrate the end of the semester. It was great to see such an incredible turnout of students, alumni, and local professionals connecting and celebrating together.

We closed out the month on April 28 with one of our favorite traditions—the annual Phillies Game & Tailgate hosted by SJASCE YMF. With plenty of burgers and hot dogs, great company, and a Phillies win to top it all off, it was the perfect way to wrap up an amazing month!

Last night, our members (both two- and four-legged) gathered at Tonewood Brewing Company for a great evening of networking, laughs, and maybe a few dramatic floor protests when it was time to leave.

Thanks to everyone who came out to connect with the SJASCE YMF! Stay tuned for more OUTDOOR events as we look forward to warm weather!
