Pictured here is a splined sprocket shaft undergoing meticulous alignment and measurement in our Quality Control Department. This assembly includes two scalloped plates that must be brazed to the shaft with exact angular precision—down to degrees and minutes.

To ensure flawless alignment, the unit is being verified on our Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), which enables us to validate geometric accuracy and hold tight tolerances critical to performance.

This component is destined for the U.S. Navy, where precision isn’t optional—it’s mission-critical.
