Drywall is officially up 🙌🛠️ and the first coat of joint compound is on! 💪✨ Two more coats, some sanding 🔄🧱, and we’ll be ready for trim and paint 🎨🖌️.

This project is moving right along 🚀🏡 and we’re fired up to see the finish line getting closer every day 🔥🏁

Another major milestone completed today! All furring strips are installed and the drywall is officially up 🙌🏼🔥

Tomorrow we move into finishing stages — prepping for sanding and trim work as this space really starts to transform 👌🏼🎯

This sunroom is coming together beautifully, and we’re on track to deliver exactly what our client envisioned — clean lines, solid craftsmanship, and a space built to last 🏡💎

🧱 Brick work: 100% COMPLETE
We wrapped it up this week and rolled straight into the next phase.

🛠️ Today’s progress:
➡️ Furring strips for drywall are underway
➡️ Strong production day with solid momentum

📅 What’s next:
✅ Finish remaining furring strips Monday (½ day)
✅ Insulation immediately after
✅ Drywall → Trim → Paint → Flooring
🪟 Window tinting to top it off

🏁 We’re officially heading into the home stretch and everything is moving right on schedule.

Final exterior framing and boxing are up next, then it’s all hands on the interior build-out.

We’re excited to kick off the brick installation on this beautiful sunroom! 😍 It’s a perfect day to get this part done.

✅ Timeline: Should be finished in about 3 days
✅ Next up: finishing all the back framing inside 🛠️ and getting ready for drywall 🎨
