TKO Renovations is growing fast—and we need the right person to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

If you're organized, reliable, and good with people… this could be a perfect fit.

**What you’ll be doing:**
📞 Answering calls & talking with customers
📅 Scheduling jobs & managing our calendar
💻 Sending estimates & invoices
📲 Posting on Facebook & social media
🔁 Following up with leads
📸 Occasionally visiting job sites for before/after photos

**This is mostly a work-from-home position**
(with occasional local tasks in the Cincinnati area)

**We’re looking for someone who:**
✔ Stays organized and on top of things
✔ Communicates clearly and professionally
✔ Is self-motivated (no babysitting needed)
✔ Can handle multiple tasks without dropping the ball

Bonus if you have admin, customer service, or construction-related experience.

If there were a local company that handled the important but easy-to-forget home maintenance stuff so you didn’t have to think about it…

We’re exploring a Home Maintenance / Property Care Plan focused on preventative, peace-of-mind maintenance — not unlimited labor and not lawn care — just the things that help protect your home and prevent bigger issues later.

Some of the services we’re considering including:
• Bi-annual HVAC filter replacement
• Bi-annual gutter cleaning
• Dryer vent cleaning / inspection
• Annual exterior inspection (caulking, trim, siding, fasteners, etc.)
• Annual safety check (GFCIs, smoke & CO detectors — replacement if needed)
• Seasonal hose bib & shutoff checks
• Sump pump / basement moisture check (where applicable)
• Minor drywall repairs
• Door, cabinet, and hardware adjustments
• Faucet, toilet, and fixture tightening
• Silicone / caulking touch-ups (bathrooms & kitchens)
• Annual pressure washing (limited areas)
• Concrete sealing (walks or driveways)
• Deck sealing
• Priority scheduling when something needs attention

Possible optional add-ons (not bundled, but available):
• Light landscaping or fall cleanup
• Additional pressure washing areas
• Seasonal prep or walkthroughs
• Holiday light installation
• Small handyman projects outside the core plan

We’re considering offering this with annual billing or monthly payment options.

If something isn’t listed, it doesn’t mean it isn’t an option — we’re trying to understand what homeowners actually want before finalizing anything.
