This initiative exemplifies adaptive reuse by taking a neglected building and revamping it with modern architecture, a new patio area, improved traffic flow, and an enhanced streetscape appeal. Such redevelopment projects bolster corridors and contribute lasting value to the area.

Wigwam Construction is thrilled to be part of the team turning this vision into reality, from concept to completion.

Expected opening: late 2026.
