Busy months for us helping our clients get into their new home and just in time for Christmas!

Over the past few weeks we have poured our concrete, did our framing, electrical, plumbing, Sheetrock, and all the details that come.

Our clients had a vision on their forever home and we have exceeded beyond their expectations! Very pleased with the outcome on this farmhouse style home.

We had a great opportunity come across and took it without thinking about it. We have purchased a beautiful lot just outside city limits of Mount Pleasant, TX. This is a .82 acre lot located just 3 minutes outside the city limits, 4 minutes from Jr high school/ MP High school. Also minutes from great restaurants and easy access to I-30. We are getting to the finish line 🤩🏁☑️
And we have been at it nonstop, a lot has been accomplished through the past few weeks. It’s so rewarding seeing everything come together nicely! We have completed all of the exterior, (minor details to finish)
Interior update: laid out 2450 sq Ft of Saltillo tile!
Closet cabinets installed.
Wood burning chimney.
And all light fixtures are getting put in.
Just a few more weeks and this project will be done.

Over these past few weeks we have been going full speed. At time it can be challenging but seeing everything come together is very rewarding! this custom home is coming along really good.
2nd and 3rd coat of stucco have been done. Huge driveway with a roundabout.
Just finished doing concrete countertops!
And cabinets have been painted.
Closer and closer to the finish line 🤩
