Last night we were working on closing out our two phase renovation and addition on Sullivans. Thought this was a neat picture to post. This project has come a long way with progress pictures on the way. This image shows the addition part of the project. We’ve gutted the main house, installed a high level drainage system, installed a pool, and added this garage and space above. It’s been a real treat to see the transformation and the excitement on our wonderful clients faces!

Progress update on our second pool house in the Old Village. Exterior paint and interior trim moving along. Stucco fireplace looking lovely! Tile flooring (under the protection) has been laid. Cabinets and other finishes are soon to follow

Large renovations and additions - one of our specialties. We have another one well underway in the old village. Large interior facelift, outdoor space, and a new bedroom is the scope. Stay turned as we move along on this one.
