Dekoron Wire and Cable, located in Mount Pleasant, TX, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative with a passion for providing excellent customer service! As an Inside Sales rep you will be responsible for assigned accounts including quotation processing and follow-up, order entry. You will also be responsible for understanding and backing up others on the team.
Requirements:
The ability to have technical conversations with your customers.
Experience in quotation processing, call control, account development, and time management.
Success in working with multiple key decision-makers to make the best decisions for your customers.
Must be able to build relationships both internally and externally and close sales deals
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, gross margins, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Cultural competence and ability to interact with international clients. Bilingual preferred but not required
Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or four to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
