An entry door is something your customer will look at nearly every day. And if they have invested in a stain grade wood door, it should come from the manufacturer perfect. But having been in the field installing doors for 25 years, a detail I noticed was that often panels on stain grade doors don’t match.
When we make a stain grade door we make all of the panels from the same piece of wood to avoid this problem. It’s a subtle thing, and one of those details an average person may not notice consciously (more of a “felt” thing than a “seen” thing). It’s one of the many details we pay attention to with everything that leaves our shop. Because the quality of our workmanship affects your reputation, and we want you to be able to be proud of what you install.
