We are a locally owned construction company that specializes primally in high end exterior residential work. We work from IOP to Kiawah and everywhere in between. The majority of our work consists of waterproofing, siding, and roofing. We are looking for a person/person with the following qualifications:

-ability to show up on time regularly
-carpentry and light framing experience
-some roofing experience (any and all types)
-not afraid of heights
-some water proofing experience (primarily fluid applied systems)
-reliable transportation
-ability to listen
-ability to learn new methods and techniques
-must get along well with others
-no substance abuse
-basic hand tools and equipment
-trustworthy

Competitive Pay will be based on experience/equipment and training will be provided to the right person that wants to work with a company that will keep you busy. 40 hours guarantee and we can generally provide as much overtime as you want. Message qualifications and questions.

"BW Construction, specifically Ryan Wells, is in one word, EXCEPTIONAL! From recommendation to initial contact, return call within an hour, on-site the next day, quote in hand and a confirmed start date within two days…rare these days. Needless to say, I highly recommend BW Construction. The roof on our family-owned restaurant, The Freeze in Summerville or Tastee Freeze as it has been known for more than 40 years, had a leak. We were braced for the worse, an entire roof replacement (flat roof at that) but were relieved to learn that after BW’s initial inspection the damage was contained to one corner of the structure. The estimate included materials, time and labor and was a quarter of what we anticipated the replacement cost would be. Ryan kept me updated on the day-to-day throughout the repair. Honestly, I was given several recommendations and did reach out to more than one contractor. In the end Ryan’s immediate response, continued engagement, updates, and transparency were a welcome change to the lack of professionalism many of us have experienced over the past several years.
