Preventative maintenance would’ve help avoid the blower motor failure. Pull and clean your blower wheel if your HVAC tech recommends it! Took 5 days to get the replacement parts. Thankfully the weather isn’t scorching yet!!

As you probably know, there aren't too many HVAC contractors that won't try to sell you a new unit with the first little problem. Also, you've got a jewel of an employee with Trevor (I believe that's his name).

Payment was made this morning through South State Bank but the check doesn't look like it will be mailed before 8/12.

3 Ton 14 Seer Bryant Package Heat Pump we are installing today for a renovation.

We are installing this unit at a house that is being renovated. Not complete at the time of photo but we will post more pics upon completion.
