Interested in Joining Our Team? Monadnock Non-Wovens is currently seeking full-time Production Workers for our rapidly-growing Mt. Pocono facility. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required and if you’ve worked at Monadnock Non-Wovens previously, that would be a plus! Additional requirements are listed below:

High school diploma/GED.
Experience operating manufacturing machinery.
Able to work as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Basic math skills.
Able to lift ~ 50 lbs.
Ability to sit/stand during 12-hour shifts.
Reliable transportation.
