In the video, a CEO details how digital manufacturing bypasses traditional manual workflows. Rather than relying on manual machinists, software automates the entire CNC machining process.

Jingdiao’s on-machine measurement reflects this philosophy. By combining high-precision probes with intelligent software, our systems automatically align and measure parts before and after machining—delivering a true closed-loop feedback system.

Traditionally, operators must remove parts to measure them on a separate CMM, then manually calculate tool wear and offsets. Jingdiao eliminates these friction points by analyzing dimensions, feeding data back into the controller, and adjusting tool compensation in real time.

Thanks to complete vertical integration—spanning CAM software, CNC controllers, and on-machine measurement—Jingdiao bridges the skills gap. Novice operators can achieve micron-level accuracy and nano-level surface finishes because quality is driven by the program and controller, not operator experience.
