Some people have superheroes. We have Tom.

While most HVAC techs spend their days around furnaces and heat pumps, Tom is out here keeping Siskiyou County’s kerosene heaters alive one tank at a time. This week’s mission took him to the USFS Ranger Station in Mount Shasta, where he replaced and relocated a kerosene tank like the seasoned kerosene wizard he is.

The funny thing is, there really aren’t many companies left working on kerosene systems these days. Around here though, they’re still an important heating source for a lot of homes and facilities, especially in our mountain communities. Luckily for us, Tom knows these systems inside and out, and the people absolutely love him for it.

Need service on a Toyotomi or older Monitor heater? Tank replacement? Fuel line issues? Annual maintenance before winter sneaks up on us again?

They O, O, O… really needed to replace these package units!

Nothing says “deferred maintenance is over” quite like a crane in the parking lot.

We recently replaced six rooftop package units for O’Reilly Auto Parts in Yreka, including removal of the old equipment, crane coordination, curb/economizer installation, controls integration, commissioning, and permitting.

Commercial HVAC projects take planning, coordination, and the ability to keep disruption to a minimum while business keeps moving.

If your rooftop units are aging, making strange noises, or just one heat wave away from a mutiny, it may be time for a conversation.

This Memorial Day, we remember those who gave everything in service to our country.

If you need an excuse to spend the weekend in one of the coolest little mountain towns around, this is it.

The McCloud Mushroom, Music & Wine Festival is happening this Memorial Day weekend, with over 100 artisan, craft, and food vendors, live music, wine tasting, mushroom workshops, and even guided fungi foraging tours. Basically, if you like good food, good music, and wandering around with something tasty in your hand, you’re covered.

McCloud always knows how to put on a good event, and this one has become a local favorite for good reason.

Not every leak makes itself easy to find.

This one had water flooding the valve box, the shutoff wasn’t stopping it, and the actual problem was hiding under an HVAC condenser just to make things interesting.

Street shutoff, pump out the water, track down the leak, tunnel underneath the unit, make the repair, pressure test, done.

Emergency calls are rarely convenient, but at least this one made a pretty satisfying timelapse.

If you’ve got water showing up where it shouldn’t, give us a call.
