Our office will be closed today, Friday, July 3, in observance of the Fourth of July.

While our office is closed, we will be operating with limited capacity to respond to emergency service calls. If you experience an HVAC emergency, please don't hesitate to give us a call.

Keep a check on those heat pumps when we get this freezing rain. The ice will build up on the grille and fan blade causing it to get out of balance and start rocking and a rolling. Turn to emergency heat in freezing rain. The main thing to consider right now is to make sure you have a clean filter in your unit. The unit will struggle to maintain temp if the filter is stopped up. Pull it out and leave it out if necessary, it normally doesn't hurt to run a few days with out a filter. It will heat better. The other thing to check if you have a gas furnace is if your vent comes out the side of the house down low make sure it doesn't get blocked by snow or ice.

❄️🥶 BRRR… IT’S A TRIBE DAY! 🥶❄️

Due to the dangerously frigid temperatures, tomorrow will be an NTI Day for our district—which means we’re rolling right into TRIBE Day #3! 💻 Students will learn from home while staying warm and cozy.

Child care will be available at Northview from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM for students already enrolled in the program. Please remember to send a lunch with your child.

❄️ Weather Update & Service Notice ❄️

With snowfall expected tonight, road conditions tomorrow may slow our ability to reach homes safely. For everyone’s safety, we’ll be prioritizing no-heat emergency calls only during the storm. Our goal is to stay available — just not icy-road daredevils.

If your system is still running and the issue isn’t urgent, we’d be glad to schedule your visit for next week.

Thank you for your understanding as we navigate the snow and work to keep our community warm. Stay safe out there — winter is definitely making an entrance.
