Bonney Forge is looking for a ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฐ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ ๐ฅ๐ข ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐ฟ to support our Procurement and Maintenance departments.
This role is key to ensuring seamless workflow across maintenance activities, inventory management, and administrative support.
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ฌ๐ผ๐โ๐น๐น ๐๐ผ:
Manage and track maintenance work orders
Schedule preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections
Serve as the main point of contact for the maintenance department
Maintain detailed records, logs, and compliance documentation
Assist with MRO inventory management and procurement
Generate monthly maintenance reports
Provide administrative and clerical support
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ช๐ฒโ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ผ๐ฟ:
1โ3 years of administrative/office experience (maintenance or manufacturing a plus!)
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, CMMS/ERP systems)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Problem solving mindset and attention to detail
High school diploma or GED (additional education a plus)
