Here is a porch/deck that we did close to Alexandria. We actually did it last fall, but we weren’t able to finish up the ceiling at the time and no picture looked good without the ceiling finished.
We used Cedartone treated decking material and then tongue and groove pine with a clear finish for the ceiling. I love the contrast of the lighter ceiling with the darker wood!👍
Railing will come later, but our part is finished, but it’s a beautiful place to hang out with a nice view!

Here’s an addition we framed south of Parkston. It’s a 12x32 addition on the house which expands their living room and adds a bedroom. If you look below at all the pics you can see how it looked before.

Cornerstone Concepts is contracting the whole project and we did the framing and the roofing. It all came together well!!👍💪Another project done and now on to the next one .

Here’s a bathroom we did in Fulton. We completely gutted the bathroom, re-inforced the floor and then installed a walk-in shower with a glass surround. It sure looks different and a whole lot better!!👍

A bathroom finished! Here’s one we did close to Mitchell. We ended up completely gutting and drying out the walls and putting spray foam on the outside walls and obviously everything else brand new in the bathroom.
Thanks to Cornerstone Concepts(drywall), Schnabel Electric and Priority Plumbing for their part in the project.

Here’s a little garage that did in Alexandria. We put on tan metal on the sides and installed a new walk-in door. It gave it a nice facelift!

Here are some more pictures of some of the work we have done on a building in Kimball. We tore up the old floor and put in new sub flooring and then also rebuilt the steps going upstairs. It’s dirty work but everything looks a whole lot better!

Here is a project we did in Kimball replacing a decrepit entryway to a second floor into something much nicer!
The new structure has Charcoal vinyl siding with black windows and black metal roof.
