 Roofing isn’t typically part of our day-to-day work at Cor Construction & Excavation, but this project was especially meaningful for some very special people.

Working on a home built in the early 1800s came with its share of unique challenges, but our team was able to overcome them and complete the roofing project properly while preserving the character of this historic home.
We’re incredibly proud of the hard work and dedication Greg put into this project. His commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail are qualities that consistently stand out, both professionally and personally.

Chimney repointing will be coming soon, along with the installation of one additional chimney cap as we continue the restoration of this beautiful historic home in Auburn, Maine.

📣 WE’RE HIRING AN OFFICE COORDINATOR! 🏡

NERTO Homes is looking for an organized, friendly and dependable person to join our team!

One of the most exciting parts of what we do is helping individuals and families get into a brand-new home they can call their own. As our Office Coordinator, you’ll be an important part of making that happen and helping each project move smoothly toward move-in day!

This position will include:

📁 Filing and general office organization
🗺️ Researching deeds, tax maps and property information
🤝 Working closely with our sales and project management teams
🏠 Helping clients through the process of getting into their new homes
👋 Meeting customers on the lot on Saturdays and passing their information along to our sales team

Current hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
After the seasonal time change: Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Just finished the control joints, install perimeter drain and now backfilling.
After Concrete has cured the er****on of a tubular metal building will begin.
