Summary
Responsible for painting all outgoing heavy equipment to meet customer specifications. This role involves surface preparation, spray application, detail work, and maintenance of painting equipment following safety regulations and quality standards.
Primary Responsibilities
• Prepare surfaces for painting using air-powered sandblasting equipment.
• Mask off unpainted surfaces with paper and tape.
• Stencil lettering and identification marks per customer specifications.
• Select and mix paint according to the required color scheme.
• Apply primer and finish coats using spray gun equipment.
• Use brushes for touch-up or hard-to-reach areas.
• Clean and disassemble painting and sandblasting equipment using appropriate tools and solvents.
• Wear and maintain all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Additional Responsibilities
• Accurately record paint usage and time spent per job.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the shop floor.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of painting equipment.
• Assist in Pressure Wash and Shotblast areas as needed
• Assist with other tasks as assigned.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
• Ability to read and interpret assembly prints and paint specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Familiarity with industrial paint application methods and safety procedures.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing precise welding tasks on vacuum chambers and vacuum equipment, ensuring high-quality fabrication including aluminum, stainless steel and carbon steel. This role requires building to a drawing, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform TIG welding on various materials, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
- Fabricate and assemble metal components according to engineering drawings and project requirements.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and finishing metal parts.
- Conduct inspections using micrometers and other measuring instruments to ensure accuracy in dimensions.
- Follow industry codes and standards while maintaining a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes related to welding and fabrication.
- Operate cranes and forklifts safely when required for moving materials within the workspace.
Skills
- Proficient in TIG welding techniques with a strong understanding of various welding codes and standards.
- Experience in fabricating vacuum chambers or other helium leak tight and assemblies is preferred.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations during the welding process.
- Familiarity with operating power tools and hand tools used in metalworking.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively as needed.

Primary Responsibilities :
- Program CNC machines using Mastercam and/or conversational languages.
- Calculate dimensions and tolerances using precision instruments such as micrometers and vernier calipers.
- Operate CNC lathes, mills, and other machinery to produce parts to specifications.
- Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet specifications, using tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
- Set up, adjust, and operate a variety of machine tools, including both basic and specialized equipment.
- Secure materials, cutting tools, fixtures, and attachments as required.
- Monitor feed rates, speeds, and tool wear throughout the machining process.
- Study blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical documents to plan machining operations.

SUMMARY
The Welder is responsible for fabricating and welding components according to engineering drawings and specifications. This role involves the use of MIG welding techniques (primarily dual-shield), reading blueprints, and ensuring high-quality welds in various positions. The position also requires the safe operation of tools and equipment while maintaining a clean and hazard-free work area.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Fabricate and weld steel parts using MIG welding with dual-shield wire.
2. Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and weld symbols to assemble components accurately.
3. Monitor welding processes to prevent warping, overheating, and material distortion.
4. Inspect materials and equipment for defects; notify supervisor of faulty items.
5. Perform welding in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.
6. Weld with hard-surfacing wire as needed.
7. Operate cutting tools, including air arc gouging and track torch equipment.
8. Maintain and secure all welding tools and work materials.
9. Lock out/tag out equipment when not in use or when unsafe to operate.

Horizontal Boring Machine (HBM) Operator, you are responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining horizontal boring machines to perform machining operations on metal workpieces according to engineering drawings and specifications. This role requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to read technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Set up and operate horizontal boring machines (manual or CNC) to bore, drill, mill, and face metal workpieces.
