We have a cnc burn table/plasma cutter, press brakes, steel blast room, paint room, steam clean room, cnc lathes, cnc vertical mills and cnc horizontal mills. As we continue to expand into new markets, we are adding equipment to keep processes in house. This keeps lead times down and we can control how parts are made.

We have an immediate job opening for:
Horizontal Boring Machine (HBM) Operator, you are responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining horizontal boring machines to perform machining operations on metal workpieces according to engineering drawings and specifications. This role requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to read technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Set up and operate horizontal boring machines (manual or CNC) to bore, drill, mill, and face metal workpieces.
2. Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine machine setup and sequence of operations.
3. Measure and mark dimensions and reference points on material or workpieces as a guide for subsequent machining.
4. Align and secure workpieces on the machine table or faceplate using clamps, bolts, or fixtures.
5. Select, install, and adjust tooling and cutting parameters for optimal performance.
6. Monitor machine operation and adjust feeds, speeds, and depth of cut as needed.
7. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, dial indicators) to ensure conformance to specifications.
8. Perform routine maintenance on machines and tooling to ensure proper function.
9. Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
10. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or manufacturing is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating horizontal boring machines or similar heavy machining equipment.
• Strong understanding of machining principles and metal cutting processes.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient in using measuring tools and gauges.
• Familiarity with CNC controls is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

JOB OPENING - CNC LATHE OPERATOR
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to set up, operate, and maintain computer numerical control (CNC) lathe machines. The ideal candidate will have experience interpreting blueprints, adjusting machine settings, and ensuring high-quality production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
Load raw materials and monitor machining processes
Adjust machine offsets, tooling, and program settings as needed
Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Maintain tight tolerances and quality standards
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Document production data and report any issues or defects
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)
Proven experience operating CNC lathe machines
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
Basic understanding of G-code and CNC programming

Preferred Qualifications:
