Job Title: Wiring and Test Production Worker

Job Description: Performs wiring and assembly of custom low voltage AC and DC analog electrical systems based on schematic drawings
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain strict compliance with quality assurance procedures
• Responsible for accurately reading and executing builds based on wiring diagrams and drawings
• Conducts a variety of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic tests on many different types of equipment. On the job training will be provided in test methodology.
• Read test procedures, test specifications, work orders, wiring diagrams and schematics to follow instructions on the correct way to set up the test.
• Ability to use basic electrical measurement equipment such as a Digital Multi-Meter. Must have the ability to be trained on the use of more complex test equipment such as multi-amps, resistive load banks, inductive loading, and various power supplies.
• Operates forklift as required
• Operates any equipment needed to perform the job
• Performs related duties as needed

Education and Experience:
Employee should have a minimum of a 2 year associates or technical degree/certification and 2 years experience wiring commercial electrical equipment/systems. More experience may be an acceptable substitution for higher education.
Mathematic Skills: The employee must have the ability to apply basic math skills accurately and perform these operations using SAE weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Ability: The employee must have the ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions and demonstrate the ability to recognize potential problems and work with co-workers to resolve issues.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, color recognition, and the ability to adjust focus.
