Meet Trinity VanGulick, Pre-Construction Manager at Crownover Construction.

Trinity loves bringing ideas to life, whether that means helping shape a home before it is built or planning a wedding and watching a bride’s vision come together. In her role at Crownover Construction, she helps guide projects through the pre-construction process, an experience she describes as both unique and incredibly educational. She also has a background in rental property management and enjoys photography and graphic design as creative outlets.

Having lived in the Twin Lakes area for 25 years, Trinity is passionate about investing in her community. Outside of work, she enjoys life with her husband of 10 years and their two boys. She is also involved in youth ministry at her church, where she values building strong community and investing in the next generation.

We’re excited to welcome Trinity to Mountain Home Leadership 2026 and look forward to the creativity, experience, and community spirit she brings to the class!

We want to recognize Johnathan Bourque, Field Engineer with Entergy, and thank him for the relationship and synergy he has developed with our team at Crownover Company.

Getting temporary power established and coordinating permanent power are critical pieces of moving a project from pre-construction into actual construction. Johnathan consistently makes that process straightforward, responsive, and efficient, helping our team maintain momentum and keep projects moving forward.

Relationships like this matter. When builders, utilities, trade partners, and professionals communicate well and work toward the same goal, the entire construction process gets better—and ultimately, so does the experience for our clients.
