Entry level jobs include stacking lumber, sorting lumber and other hands on positions. All positions require the applicant to perform the assigned tasks in a safe and efficient manner. Successful candidates can qualify for training and advancement in other areas of the sawmill.
All employees including General Laborer employees, must follow all company policies related to safety and job performance.
GENERAL LABOR ENTRY LEVEL SAWMILL WORKER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-
All employees, including General Labor positions, must have excellent attendance and a commitment to perform at an above average level.
Willingness to work together is a team environment and contribute in a variety of ways as the task necessitates.

Entry level sawmill workers must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job including long periods of standing, bending, and lifting lumber. Exposure to ambient temperatures.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
For this entry level position. Individuals will receive on-the-job training. Workers who demonstrate superior skills can expect opportunities for advancement into other positions within the company.
SALARY
Depending on experience, attendance and willingness to learn.
Weekly pay increase for attendance.
