Welcome to my nightmare.. Getting deep into this one. I’ve done bunches of them and I personally wouldn’t repair this one but me and my “Ibuprofriend” are. Same story as always. “But it had a new roof and vinyl siding!” Yes and a shotty rock foundation and roughsawn oak full of termites throughout like 95% of them do. Home sweet home.
