Two bathrooms, one home, and two totally different vibes.

In the primary bathroom we went calm and natural, with a walk-in glass shower, textured stone-look tile, a pebble shower floor, and a rain shower head with a handheld wand. The custom wood vanity has tons of drawer storage and a dark gray quartz countertop, finished off with matte black fixtures throughout.

The second bathroom got a little more fun. Glossy blue subway tile wraps the tub and shower, a white penny tile floor keeps it classic, and a tall built-in linen cabinet adds storage without taking up floor space. Same warm wood vanity and black hardware to tie both rooms together.

Just wrapped up this Kirkland home remodel and we love how it came out.

We took this space all the way down to the studs and rebuilt it into a bright, colorful kitchen. The homeowners wanted something that felt personal, so we went with sage green cabinets, a floral tile backsplash behind the range, and glossy white tile wrapping the walls. A gold statement chandelier hangs over the big kitchen island, which has plenty of seating for family and friends. Brass hardware and faucets pull it all together, and the large windows keep it full of natural light.

Just wrapped up this kitchen remodel and we’re really happy with how it came out.

The homeowners wanted warm wood, natural stone countertops, and a clean modern kitchen design that didn’t feel cold. We built floor-to-ceiling custom cabinets, paneled the fridge so it blends right into the cabinetry, and added a hidden cabinet door that opens to the hallway. The stone runs up into a full-height backsplash, and the big custom kitchen island gives them tons of room to cook and hang out.
